The new network will ensure optimal accessibility and connect the homes and apartments to the area\u2019s main thoroughfares. <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Details About the Road Network<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new road network will include three roads built to Category III standards, with the following specifications:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A 7-meter-wide roadway.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Two sidewalks, each 1.5 meters wide.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The road plan includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Two streets<\/strong> that will run across the site from the south (connecting to existing streets) to the north (at the boundary with Plaiu Nucului Road).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A street<\/strong> that links the south to the east, connecting the internal street network at both ends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The total length of the proposed streets<\/strong> is 605 linear meters.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Progress of the Work<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have begun construction on Plot G, where <strong>the first villas will be delivered soon<\/strong>, and the road network will gradually expand as the other plots approach completion.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stages of the work:<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Staking Out and Excavation<\/strong>: The site was excavated down to the foundation level in accordance with applicable laws and the construction drawings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ballast Layer Compaction<\/strong>: Successive layers of stabilized ballast were applied, compacted, and tested using compression tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expansion of utility networks<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drinking water, domestic water, stormwater, and sewer systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-voltage power cable for Lot G.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paving<\/strong>: After the utilities have been installed, the base course and asphalt will be laid, connecting the network to the area that has already been completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energy Development: A New Substation<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new <strong>electrical substation<\/strong> has been completed at the boundary between Lot G and Lot C.
