{"id":5248,"date":"2024-10-16T11:04:17","date_gmt":"2024-10-16T08:04:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greenlake.ro\/green-lake-lot-c-structural-work-update\/"},"modified":"2026-09-09T13:01:49","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T10:01:49","slug":"green-lake-lot-c-structural-work-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greenlake.ro\/en\/project-status\/green-lake-lot-c-structural-work-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Green Lake Lot C \u2013 Structural Work Update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infrastructure work for <strong>Lot C, Section 2<\/strong>, within <strong>the Green Lake residential neighborhood<\/strong> has been <strong>100%<\/strong> completed, marking another important milestone in the project&#8217;s development.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, our team is working on reinforcing <strong>the floor slab above the first floor<\/strong> of one of the buildings, while in others, <strong>concrete<\/strong> is being poured <strong>for the vertical elements<\/strong> of the first floor. <strong>Formwork<\/strong> installation for these sections is also set to begin. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work is also underway in parallel on <strong>the formwork for the cantilevered staircase<\/strong> in Building A, between the ground floor and the first floor.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As with the first phase of villas, we pay special attention <strong>to the quality of the concrete pour<\/strong>, thereby offering clients the option to incorporate <strong>exposed concrete elements<\/strong> into the interior design for a modern and minimalist look.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stay tuned for more updates on the progress <strong>of the Green Lake project<\/strong>, where <strong>modern architecture<\/strong> blends harmoniously with thoughtful design.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Infrastructure work for Lot C, Section 2, within the Green Lake residential neighborhood has been 100% completed, marking another important milestone in the project&#8217;s development.
