We were able to plan the building\u2019s infrastructure work in the period leading up to obtaining the building permit so that construction could begin immediately afterward. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because there is a difference in elevation between the developed land and the future building, a retaining wall will be constructed to counteract the earth pressure caused by this difference.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fill will be placed in layers no more than 25 cm thick, and the degree of compaction will be verified by an authorized laboratory.
