The winter months have passed, work has continued nonstop, and now, with the arrival of spring, Green Lake looks better than ever. Planting has begun, the roads are complete, and the families who have chosen to live here are already writing their first chapters in this community. Here’s where we stand today and what’s next.
56 apartments and 18 villas — a home before summer
Phase I of the Green Lake project by Primavera Development is nearing completion. To date, we have delivered 56 apartments and 18 of the 35 villas planned for this phase—an achievement we are proud of and one we owe equally to our team and to the trust of those who chose Green Lake.
Every unit delivered means a family that has already moved in. It means children running through the private walkways, neighbors greeting each other over coffee in the morning, and a neighborhood that comes to life day by day. The remaining 17 villas from Phase I are in an advanced stage of construction, and their delivery is scheduled for the coming months.
Green, Just the Way It Should Be: Planting Has Begun
Spring also brought with it the project’s first major landscaping campaign. Our team has begun planting in the areas surrounding the already-delivered units—trees, shrubs, perennials, and grass, all selected in keeping with the Green Lake concept: an authentic, balanced, and sustainable natural setting.
Green spaces aren’t just a decorative touch—they’re the backbone of everyday life at Green Lake. Whether we’re talking about the private gardens of the villas, the pedestrian paths, or the 225-meter promenade along Lake Grivița, green spaces are part of the promise we’ve made to our residents.
