We have great news for everyone interested in Green Lake—the model home is finished and open for viewings!
This unique villa faithfully reflects the quality and attention to detail that define the entire project. It was built in partnership with BL Associates, an experienced architecture firm that contributed to the design of this signature Green Lake development.
BL Associates also collaborates with the Italian furniture brand Molteni, whose pieces can be found in the showroom villa’s interior design. If you’d like to explore more Molteni products, you can visit their showroom in Bucharest.
A space that speaks for itself
The showroom villa was designed to showcase, firsthand, all the benefits of living in Green Lake:
- It’s fully finished and furnished, so you can imagine your life here, step by step.
- The layout is one of the most popular features of the design—spacious, airy, and optimized for comfort.
- It is equipped with all the project’s premium systems: underfloor heating, a BOSCH VRF air conditioning system, BIRAL pumps, a smart BMS control system, and photovoltaic panels—all of which are fully operational and have been tested.
- The private courtyard, generous glass-enclosed spaces, and high-end finishes round out the experience of a thoughtfully built home.
