Green Lake by Primavera Development has obtained a building permit for the apartment building on Lot B. The new premium apartment building will be low-rise, with one section consisting of a ground floor plus three stories and another section consisting of a ground floor plus four stories, set back from the main building.
This project is already attracting many prospective tenants, with over 60% of the units sold before the building permit was obtained. The building will include 56 apartments, a shared basement with 78 parking spaces, and various amenities such as technical and recreational spaces for the community (a fitness center with a pool, a café, etc.) and blends naturally into the overall look of Green Lake. And for customers who need less space than a villa offers, there is also the option of ground-floor apartments with gardens, so that access to a private green space is possible even if you live in Sector 1.
