We are pleased to announce that we have completed the structural work on the apartment buildings in Lot B of the Green Lake project. This important milestone marks a significant step forward in the development of this modern residential neighborhood in northern Bucharest.
Stages of the Work
- Completion of the Structure: The pouring of the foundation and the construction of the load-bearing structure for the two buildings have been successfully completed. One of the buildings is a ground floor plus three stories, and the other is a ground floor plus four stories, so we will offer a variety of housing options tailored to the different needs of future residents.
- Upcoming projects:
- Masonry: The next stage is the construction of the walls, an essential step in defining the interior spaces of the apartments. This process will be completed soon and will pave the way for the next phase of finishing work.
- Utilities: Once the masonry work is complete, work will begin on installing the water, sewer, electrical, and district heating systems.

Lot B will include two apartment buildings, with a total of 56 apartments (of which 16 are still available for sale). The completion of the structural work represents a major milestone, and construction will continue with the next phases of finishing and fitting out the common areas and apartments.
