The load-bearing structure of each building in the Green Lake complex consists of reinforced concrete frames arranged in both directions. For the interior partitions, we opted for a lightweight drywall system, 12.5 cm thick, with double walls on both sides.
Our team designed the layout with a special focus on maximizing space utilization, ensuring that each unit offers an optimal room layout. This modern layout solution offers numerous advantages, including flexibility and the ability to provide effective sound insulation between interior spaces.
Plasterboard walls were specifically chosen to ensure soundproofing, thus providing privacy and comfort in every home. The technology used ensures that each space is efficiently partitioned, while maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance. This approach helps maintain a comfortable and modern indoor environment, in line with the demands of contemporary living.
