Foundation work for the first villas in the Green Lake project by Primavera Development is in full swing. The foundations are being constructed to a depth of 2.62 meters, using a network of reinforced concrete strip footings to ensure durability and stability. For this construction phase, the foundation level is set at 2.62 m relative to the 0.00 level of each building (2.12 m from the landscaped ground).
The foundation system consists of a network of continuous foundations, made up of footings with a cross-section of 50×80 cm, 50×100 cm, and reinforced concrete beams with cross-sections of 25×90 and 30×90 cm beneath the ground-floor columns, which rest on a 1-meter-thick ballast bed, ensuring durability and stability.
