Infrastructure work for Lot C, Section 2, within the Green Lake residential neighborhood has been 100% completed, marking another important milestone in the project’s development.
Currently, our team is working on reinforcing the floor slab above the first floor of one of the buildings, while in others, concrete is being poured for the vertical elements of the first floor. Formwork installation for these sections is also set to begin.
Work is also underway in parallel on the formwork for the cantilevered staircase in Building A, between the ground floor and the first floor.
As with the first phase of villas, we pay special attention to the quality of the concrete pour, thereby offering clients the option to incorporate exposed concrete elements into the interior design for a modern and minimalist look.
