Green Lake is rapidly approaching full completion. Construction on Lot B (the apartments), as well as the first phase of Lot C and the first phase of Lot F (the villas), is in its final stages and will be completed this month.
The building facades, inner streets, and green spaces are already taking on the form envisioned by the architects, and the overall look increasingly conveys the modern and balanced atmosphere that defines this neighborhood. At the same time, we’ve also begun infrastructure work, where the pace is moving at full speed!
All the villas that will be completed in this phase have already been sold. Meanwhile, we have begun construction on the second section of Lot F, where 10 villas will be available. Once their structural work is complete, construction will begin on Lot C, and at the same time, we’ll break ground on Lot E later this month.
Thus, between March and August 2026, we will deliver the final 27 villas at Green Lake, marking the project’s full completion.
Green Lake is transforming day by day and is getting closer to the moment when the entire neighborhood will be completed and ready to join the Green Lake community.
