The Green Lake project by Primavera Development is progressing rapidly. We were able to plan the building’s infrastructure work in the period leading up to obtaining the building permit so that construction could begin immediately afterward.
Because there is a difference in elevation between the developed land and the future building, a retaining wall will be constructed to counteract the earth pressure caused by this difference.
The fill will be placed in layers no more than 25 cm thick, and the degree of compaction will be verified by an authorized laboratory. The foundation for Lot B is a continuous slab foundation.
For the construction of the crane foundation (located in the center of the foundation slab for the entire construction of Lot B), after removing the topsoil or organic material, a soil fill with a compaction degree of 98% Proctor.
