Infrastructure Work, Lot B – Work in Progress/Cancelled

The foundation for the apartment buildings on Lot B is a continuous slab foundation. The construction of the crane foundation (located in the center of the slab for the entire Lot B structure) was successfully completed, and the crane is currently 100% operational, having already been put into service and certified by ISCIR in accordance with the law.

During June and July, we carried out excavation work for structures C1 and C2. Following this excavation, it was necessary to construct a ballast bed. In the areas connecting plots D1 and D2, the geotechnical engineer verified the nature of the foundation soil after additional excavation.

Consequently, a solution involving successive layers of ballast was adopted, with each layer not exceeding 25 cm in thickness. The degree of compaction was verified by an authorized laboratory. After these successive layers were completed, the geotechnical engineer approved the continuation of the infrastructure work based on the laboratory test results.

The next step was to pour C8/10 concrete for leveling and to apply a waterproof layer of bituminous membrane over the area of Plot C, corresponding to Building C2. Over this area, we completed the reinforcement of the foundation slab at Building C2.

Currently, the foundation slab for Plot C has been poured with C25/30 concrete over approximately half of the total area. The second half will be completed this week. Between July 15 and 21, we poured C8/10 concrete for the area corresponding to Building C1 (A and B). Next, we will install the protective bituminous membrane layer and then reinforce the foundation slab in this area as well.
