We have completed the first underfloor heating installations in the Green Lake villas, which will be delivered in a few months. All units (villas and apartments) in this project will feature this modern system, which offers:
- Even heat distribution: The radiant heating system efficiently heats the entire room from the floor up.
- Lower costs: Efficient heating means lower energy consumption and lower bills.
- Extra space: With no visible radiators or pipes, the space can be arranged more flexibly.
VRF System and Premium Components
Heating, cooling, and hot water will be provided by a BOSCH VRF 3-pipe heat pump, and the circulation of the heating medium will be managed by BIRAL pumps from Switzerland.
The materials include:
- TECEfloor SLQ Pipe, Ø 17×2 mm, specifically designed for underfloor heating
- TECEfloor SLQ Distributor, with automatic servomotors for optimal control
- TECEfloor SLQ Grooved Panels for Efficient Distribution
Automation and Sustainability
The Green Lake Villas will feature a smart home management system (BMS) that controls the temperature in six separate zones. This enhanced control optimizes energy consumption, and the solar panels installed on the villas will help offset electricity usage.
